Our clients are buyers, sellers and lenders pursing development, investment and other business and personal opportunities throughout New Jersey and New York. Aline has settled transactions involving commercial and residential property, condominium and rental units, hotels and restaurants, hospitals and long-term care facilities, educational institutions and other non-profit organizations. In addition to the foregoing, Aline has formed numerous condominium associations and hundreds of business entities.
Aline is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and New York since 1993.
Aline graduated Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, summa cum laude, and received a Masters in Public Affairs from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School. Aline is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and was a Ford Foundation Scholar and a Richardson Scholar.
Aline is a member of the State of New Jersey Roster of Foreclosure Mediators in Bergen, Morris and Essex counties and is able to mediate matters relating to civil litigation and foreclosure.
